HDTV is great feature in the television to watch programs with higher quality and resolution. If you want to add closed caption features, you need to add the following:

• Turn on the HDTV
• Turn off the cable remote and press the menu button
• Navigate the menu by pressing up and down arrow and navigate the sub menu by pressing OK button.
• Enter Closed Caption menu and put the closed caption ON. To exit to main menu, press the left arrow button.
• Press Menu or Turn off button to save the current configuration.

After doing the steps above, you should be able to turn on the caption that you can’t turn on with traditional ways.
