If you have a pdf file and trying to read its content and then convert to another document in Word, you need to make sure that the document can be written. Often times, people use OCR softwares for this. But, did you know that Microsoft Office is equipped with OCR software. Let’s show how to read the documents:
1- Print the pdf file in Microsoft Office Document image Writer. To find this software, all you need to is to press the current printer icon in the print dialog and scroll down to Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.
2- Save a different name and click OK. Then, a new file with mdi format will be created. With double click, you can open the file.
3- Use OCR feature by pressing “Recognize Text Using OCR…” in Tools menu.
4- After then, you can send the entire document to Word by pressing the next menu “Send Text to Word…”. With this way, you can easily access the writing in the pdf files.
